Your feature requests never go unheard. Every update and addition to Peak Strength for the month of September comes directly from the genius minds of athletes like you.
You asked for more training plans, a better experience, and more accessibility. That’s what we are here to give you.
Hybrid Fitness & Strength Training Plans

We are happy to unveil the most requested program by people who are looking to train like some of the world’s fittest athletes.
The training plans for Hybrid Fitness will make you an all-around athlete built to tackle any strength, power, endurance, or speed challenge with a high variety of unique movements.
Obstacle Course Racing Training Plan

In addition to the functional training plans, we’ve added Obstacle Course Racing as a sport for athletes looking to compete in standardized obstacle races.
As an OCR athlete, you will be prepared to take on every hurdle, monkey bar, muddy slope, and whatever comes your way with a training plan emphasizing endurance and strength.
Team Invite Codes

For coaches using Peak Strength Teams, we’ve implemented team invite codes.
If your athletes are having trouble signing in via email invitations, you will now be able to provide codes directly to athletes for immediate account access.
Invite codes can be accessed directly from your coaching dashboard.
Improved Color Scheme
Finally, you may notice Peak Strength has a slightly new look to it. We made some adjustments to the colors to improve the contrast and accessibility of the interface.
The biggest change is the addition of darker text on orange buttons to support visually impaired users.
