The August update means summer is coming to an end and fall sports are starting soon.
Just because summer is winding down, does not mean you can start slacking on your 2026 goals. This month is dedicated to keeping you and the teams using Peak Strength on track.
The Cultivation Challenge Inside Peak Strength

The Cultivation Challenge has officially started! This is our next 90-day community event dedicated to getting better together
The goal is to get stronger, lose fat, and move better by the end of October.
You can join the Cultivation Challenge directly inside Peak Strength and follow along the dedicated training plan hundreds of members are already following.
Registration for the challenge ends August 8th.

Teams using the Peak Strength coaching dashboard now have access to an extra layer of accountability. The Performance Dashboard.
These are the numbers every coach wants to see. This dashboard tells coaches how strong athletes are, how much progress their team is making, and estimated 1RMs for each athlete.

U25 Gold at USAW Nationals

Back in June, Peak Strength added another national champion to the list with Luke Sterns.
Luke is a student and amateur athlete at West Virginia University who has been competing in Olympic weightlifting for 9 years.
Luke formerly trained at Garage Strength under Dane Miller and found that Peak Strength’s Olympic weightlifting training plan was the best alternative while he is away at college.
He saw improvements in all three key lifts that measure Olympic weightlifting performance which ultimately led to winning the 2026 U25 National Championship in the 65kg class.
