March 2026 Peak Strength Update

In March, we are giving athletes more control and more insight to their training with Peak Strength.

We have carefully listened to community feedback and made some helpful improvements to help our athletes achieve their goals this year.

View Past Workout Recaps

The biggest change this month will help athletes look back at how far they've come with their training. Athletes can now go back and view past workout recaps.

To view past workout recaps, select the workout you want to view and simply tap the “View Recap” button at the top of the weekly dashboard.

Remember to share your workout recap with us on Instagram by tagging @peakstrengthapp !

Finish Workout and Next Workout Buttons

Additionally, for athletes strapped for time or unable to complete all the sets, we’ve added a “Finish Workout” button in the workout preview to immediately end the workout.

Athletes now have more flexibility to complete circuits out of order. Workouts will not automatically finish when perform the last set in order, but offer a finish workout on the last incomplete set in the workout.

Once a workout is completed, athletes can use the “Next Workout” button in the workout recap to immediately start any additional workouts for the day.

Replace Warm Up Exercises

Along the lines of flexibility, we are giving our athletes more control over their warm ups. They can now replace the exercises in your warm up.

Similarly to formal workouts, simply select the “Replace Exercise” on the exercise screen to select from a list of similar warm up movements.

Additional Improvements

Finally, we have refined the user experience of completing workouts with these changes:

  • Unilateral Exercise Timers: Unilateral exercises will now include a timer for both sides instead of a single timer.

  • Weight Increase Warnings: To avoid any incorrect inputs or inflated entries, athletes will now receive a warning when a manual weight change is too extreme or physically impossible.

We hope these changes help keep you on track, consistent, and dedicated to your 2026 goals.

We look forward to seeing your results and progress at the end of the 90 Days of Cultivation Challenge
