In May, we are providing more opportunities for coaches to elevate their athletes through Peak Strength and learning opportunities like the Garage Strength Coaches Summit.
Peak Strength supports not just athletes, but also the coaches who develop them. Whether you’re a sport coach, strength coach, or personal trainer, we know you’re always trying to provide the best possible training.

The Peak Strength Teams training calendar is a one-stop dashboard for coaches to create, assign, and customize training for athletes.
With just a few clicks, you can plan out months of sport or goal-specific strength training using templates written directly by Olympic Strength Coach, Dane Miller.
The training calendar is only available through the Peak Strength Teams pilot program. Apply for the pilot program here.

Meet Toni Beljo, a 20-year-old student who uses Peak Strength to improve his strength and power to achieve his goal of becoming a Ju-Jitsu fighting world champion.
Toni followed the Judo training plan 4-5X per week with a focus on absolute strength, explosiveness, and hypertrophy focusing on exercises like back squat, cleans, and pull ups.
He was able to make significant strength improvements over the span of 3 years and even earn the title of U21 World Champion in 2024.
Toni’s story is an incredible example of how developing athletes can compete at the highest level with the right training plan, faith, and consistency.
