For July, we’ve made some BIG changes to how you see your training progress.
Looking back at all you’ve accomplished, how you’ve grown, and where you currently are — all factors that help you stay consistent with training.
We’ve dedicated this month to giving you a more detailed look into your athletic development.
New Progress Tab
The new progress tab is a dedicated space to see detailed performance for your goal exercises.

Goal exercises are the highest-priority exercises in your training, the ones Peak Strength tracks most closely. Everything you do in the gym is important, but these are the ones that have the highest transfer to your sport or goal.
Easily view your performance across strength, explosiveness, speed, and endurance.

Improved Exercise Performance History
Finally! Everything you need to track your progress.
A graphical representation of your strength progression over time and shows where you started and how far you have come.

Plus, you'll see your best sets for each exercise alongside your Est. 1 Rep Max.
New PR Tracking and Celebration
As your strength increases, so does your potential for a PR. That’s worth celebrating!
A full-screen celebration appears each time you hit a new PR. It's not just for 1 Rep Maxes, it's for every rep range, so you always have a reason to push.
