The transition from February to March is a pivotal point in the year for many athletes. It signifies the end of the winter sports season and the start of the spring sports season. This means athletes in track and field events, baseball, lacrosse, and other spring are entering their outdoor season.
Along with spring sports, we can also look forward to pro days for football, big weightlifting meets, and more time spent outside. Everyone is transitioning into the next stage of their annual goals.
All while wrestlers, basketball players, swimmers, and hockey players are entering the off season.
As your goals change with the seasons, so does your training cycle. And that’s what the March update is all about - helping you make continued progress once you complete your current cycle.
Cycle Transition Improvements
“What should I do when I finish my current cycle?” - This is one of the most frequent questions we get.
With the improved cycle transitions, you don’t have to worry about what to do next. Instead of building a completely new cycle, you now have the option to stick with your current training goal or make changes to the plan.

Note: If you’re a seasonal athlete, you will continue directly into the next season cycle as long as dates have previously been provided.
Additionally, making a new training cycle or making adjustments to your current cycle is no longer a headache.
Pick and choose what you want to change instead of having to repeat the full questionnaire.
Max Testing Week Fix
Some users were experiencing issues with workouts loading during their max testing week. We’ve patched this bug and workouts are now properly deployed during the end of training cycles.
Now is the time for you to get back into Peak Strength, attack the new season, and crush your testing week goals!
