February 2026 Peak Strength Update

February is an important month for a lot of athletes. With the February update, we see three important events:

  • The NFL season has officially come to a close.

  • Winter sports like wrestling are finishing up in the coming weeks.

  • The 90 Days of Cultivation challenge is half way done!

That means we are supporting each of those events with new resources from Peak Strength.

Combine Prep Training Plan

Starting with all of the football players preparing for combines, show cases, and different spring testing events.

The newly released Combine Prep training plan helps you maximize performance in standardized combine events such as the 40 yard dash, vertical jump, shuttle, and more by emphasizing speed, strength, and explosiveness.

You can create your combine prep training plan by selecting “train for a goal” > “speed” > “combine prep”.

Peak Strength’s First World Champion!

DeAndre Nunn

We’d like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to DeAndre Nunn, on his world championship title at the Veteran World Championships hosted in Hungary.

DeAndre is the epitome of dedication and resolve for post collegiate athletes. At 39 years old, he was able to achieve tremendous success with the help of Peak Strength’s wrestling training plan 5-6 days a week.

We hope his story inspires wrestlers all around the world and shows how much difference a proven strength training plan can make in just 1-2 years.

90 Days of Cultivation Continues

Lastly, we’re coming up on the half way mark for the 90 Days of Cultivation challenge hosted by Coach Dane Miller.

The Peak Strength community has been so strong these past 6 weeks. We’ve seen so much  progress with over 25,000 workouts completed, over 40,000  tons lifted, and 2,500+ lives improved. Keep the course!

If you haven’t started yet, that’s okay! You can still join the challenge with 7 more weeks of challenges and gains left to be had.
