February 2025 Peak Strength Update

January was a big month of requested features and new programs inside Peak Strength. For February, we’ve done some major housekeeping to give you more control over your programs.

During the holiday season, we received a lot of feedback regarding athletes who needed to switch around their training days due to their travel schedules. Staying consistent with your training can be frustrating when you can’t organize your training week properly.

With the following list of updates and improvements, we hope to help you manage your program effectively and maintain your workout streak!

Improved Workout Rescheduling

Sometimes life gets moved around and your training schedule needs to change in an instant. In this month’s update, rescheduling workouts has become quick and easy.

Now, when you go to view a future workout, you can immediately move that workout to the current day.

Rescheduling a single workout will also prompt you with an option to reschedule all the workouts for that day.

Reschedule Missed Workouts

Alongside easier rescheduling for future workouts, we want to keep you on track whenever you miss a workout.

Moving forward, when you miss a workout, Peak Strength will ask if you want to make those workouts by moving them to the current day - ONLY if you don’t have any workouts scheduled for the day.

You’ll also be able to easily make up workouts by using the “Move missed workout” widget if you log in during a day with no workouts scheduled.

Optional Workouts

Worried about losing your streak because you didn’t get a chance to do cardio or your mobility? Now you can worry less.

Most mobility and some cardio workouts have been marked as “optional” workouts. If a workout is marked as optional, it will not affect your workout streak.

Only primary workouts will be required to maintain your workout streak and to receive your completion checkmark in your weekly dashboard.

Additional UI Updates & Bug Fixes

  • Program Celebration Screen: You will now receive a celebratory screen when completing the last, mandatory workout of the program which will activate your program recap.

  • Program Recap Accessibility: You can access the workout recap for your previous program by looking at previous workout dates.

  • Peak Date Visualization: Peak dates are now identified in the weekly dashboard with a mountain icon.

  • Corrected Cardio History: The exercise history for cardio now shows the correct time and distance logged.

We hope this next batch of updates helps you complete more workouts and makes staying consistent easier than ever.
