Prioritizing Training Goals

Do you have the itch for hitting a certain goal in the gym or on the field? Maybe it’s a sub-5-second 40-yard dash. Maybe you want to dunk. Maybe you want to shed 5lbs as a New Year’s resolution.
We've added over 15 new training goals that you can now pursue in Peak Strength for even more personalization towards your specific interests!"
Peak Strength’s new goal-oriented programming will be the difference-maker with brand new workouts to develop the physical adaptations you’re striving for in 2025. You can find them in the app now under the “Train for a goal” selection.
NEW Tactical Readiness Training Path

After popular demand and many “coming soon’s”, we have officially released our Tactical Readiness Training training path for military personnel and first responders.
We know that as a service member, you need to be prepared for action at any given time. You need to be the most all-around athlete possible which means these new programs will provide a balanced approach to strength, endurance, speed, and functional training.
Improved Program Builder Flow

Experience a deeper level of personalization with the revamped program-building workflow.
Creating the right program for you requires careful consideration of your goals and training needs. We’ve now added more customization, so you know you are getting the right sets, reps, and exercises at each phase of training.
Revamped Limited Equipment Training

Chasing gains with minimal equipment? Peak Strength now has added functionality to improve the exercise selection based on the equipment you do have access to.
Previously, limited equipment training was reduced to bodyweight exercises and various banded movements. After hearing your feedback, limited equipment training will now include exercises with a higher variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and other resources.
Ready to work toward your next big milestone? Jump back into Peak Strength now!
