With 2026 officially underway, we want to look back at all the growth, changes, and success that the Peak Strength community of athletes achieved in 2025.
This year in review touches on the biggest features, additions, and stories over the last 12 months. Let’s start with some quick community stats:
Community Stats
The athletes of Peak Strength really put in the work this year. More tons lifted, more workouts completed, and more athletes using Peak Strength than ever before!

Here’s what you and all the athletes in Peak Strength did as a team:
Total Tons Lifted: 1.2 million tons
Total Workouts Completed: 276,620
Longest Streak: 436
Most Popular Training Plan: Total Athletic Fitness
Tactical Readiness Training Path
We started the year off strong. In January, we added a completely separate training path for service members: Tactical Readiness.

We know that as a service member, you need to be prepared for action at any given time. You need to be the most all-around athlete possible, which means these training plans will provide a balanced approach to strength, endurance, speed, and functional training.
Since its release, we’ve helped over 1,200 service members stay prepared for their daily duties. Some used Peak Strength to improve their PT scores, maintain their fitness, and some even qualified for special operations units.
We’d like to be the first to say, thank you for your service and congratulations on your achievements in 2025.
Bonus Workouts
In April, we introduced probably the biggest feature of the year: Bonus Workouts.
Your training plan is already created to give the best workouts to achieve your goals. However, we know life can be unpredictable, and everyone has different preferences for the type of training they like to do.

You now have three areas where you can add workouts from:
“For you” Section: Suggested workouts that are part of the training plan that aren't currently on your calendar due to choosing fewer than the maximum training days, or missed workouts. Additionally, removed workouts will be displayed in this section as well
Full Bonus Workouts: Full workouts that are available no matter what training plan you are on
Add-ons: Short sections of workouts that can be added to any normal workout.
Since its release, athletes have completed over 32,000 bonus workouts, with the most popular being the Upper Body Strength bonus workout. Dane would be proud.
17 New Training Plans

Aside from Tactical readiness, we added 17 other training plans to Peak Strength for our athletes. Here are the most popular training plans added this year:
Supertotal: A training plan specifically meant to build your squat, bench, deadlift, snatch, and clean and jerk.
Bodybuilding: A high-volume training plan that has a deep emphasis on hypertrophy and strength.
Age Resilience: A training plan dedicated to preserving longevity, stability, and living by the motto “motion is lotion”.
Hybrid Fitness: Will make you an all-around athlete built to tackle any strength, power, endurance, or speed challenge with a high variety of unique movements.
Muay Thai: This training plan keeps your cardio engine strong, strikes lightning fast, and power levels dialed in.
Google and Apple Sign In
In August, we implemented Google and Apple sign-in.

This helps you make progress on a single account, reduces the chance of making a duplicate account, and makes it easier to sign in if you get logged out.
6 Success Stories
Finally, to close out the year, we want to say a BIG thank you to all the athletes who came forward and shared their stories.

These kinds of stories show just how effective the Peak Strength can be when matched with consistency, discipline, and a champion mindset. All of these athletes embody what it means to be a champion.
Craig Curtis shows us that life-changing results and athleticism can be achieved at any age with his 26 lbs weight loss journey over 9 months.
Isaiah Thomas shows how consistency during the offseason can lead to huge strength gains and a breakout season as a starting linebacker at the collegiate level.
Sarah Helen Davis shows the importance of continued strength training in-season, with a 17% strength increase during her championship season in the USSSA.
Michael Novotny shows how much you can improve by committing to your goals long term with his 22% strength increase over 18 months.
No one is more excited for what is to come in 2026 than our team here at Peak Strength. Thank you for trusting us with your training, and we can’t wait to see what these stats look like next year.
