October 2025 Peak Strength Update

Are you a veteran athlete? You might be past your highly competitive days, but you want to stay athletic through life.

Running, jumping, swinging, and lifting are a part of life. And we want to help you stay active, no matter what life throws your way after the days of competition are over.

Age Resilience Training Plan

Age resilience training plan

Age Resilience is a training plan dedicated to preserving longevity, stability, and living by the motto “motion is lotion”.

This new training plan allows veteran athletes to maintain their health and wellness well into their later years to ensure many active memories with children and grandchildren.

Age resilience is more than just making progress in the gym. It is an opportunity for aging athletes who want to be physically prepared for their family. You may not have the most time or the most equipment, but you have the opportunity to be there for your family.

No matter if you are a new mom, a grandad trying to keep up with the grandsons, or want to stay healthy and be active later in life, you can keep yourself ready with Age Reslience in Peak Strength.

Training During Travel

Tokyo 2025

Dane Miller, head coach of Garage Strength and founder of Peak Strength, just came back from 2 weeks in Tokyo, Japan, where he coached Alex Rose to a bronze medal finish in the discus.

Between coaching 7 athletes at the World Athletics Championship and staying on top of work, he still found a way to train and stay consistent with a crazy schedule by using a combination of time crunch, bodyweight, and hotel gym bonus workouts.

Even if he only had 10 minutes, he was adding a leg pump or arm pump finisher into his schedule to stay active. Explore bonus workouts in Peak Strength for consistent training on the go.
