In fact, so many Peak Strength athletes have been requesting more accessory workouts we had to take action.
November’s update is bringing you more workouts dedicated to your favorite muscle groups and success stories from athletes of all ages.

These are just a few we’ve heard and we’re currently working on a few more to inspire you!

Bug Fixes & Improvements
Finally, we’ve released some big improvements to make Peak strength easier to use and keep your workouts flowing:
Fixed Rest Timer: Fixed an issue where the app would close when the rest timer was running and the screen was locked or when viewing other apps.
Improved Phone Dimming: Phones will no longer automatically dim and go to sleep when a workout is active.
Fixed Account Management: Fixed an error that prevented users from managing their accounts through the Peak Strength website.
The end of the year is coming up quickly. That means it’s time to start thinking about your 2026 goals and what you’ll achieve with Peak Strength.
Don’t quit now!
