Fall sports have already started! With the preseason coming to an end, that doesn't mean you should stop hitting the weight room.
This month, we’ve made it easier for athletes to get into the app and start their training.
Maintain your strength throughout the fall with in-season programs in Peak Strength!

For athletes looking to join Peak Strength, we’ve implemented Google and Apple sign-in.
This will help you make progress on a single account, reduce the chance of making a duplicate account, and make it easier to sign in if you get logged out.
Taekwondo and Muay Thai Training Plans

Additionally, for all of our fighters out there, we’ve released two highly requested training plans. Taekwondo and Muay Thai!
These training plans will have a balanced training emphasis between strength, explosiveness, and endurance.
Both training plans keep your cardio engine strong, strikes lightning fast, and power levels dialed in. Give them a try and start preparing for your next fight!
Bug Fixes
Finally, there were some bug fixes that have been pushed out as part of August’s update:
Rest Timer Fix: Fixed a bug where tapping the timer notification caused the app to reset to the home screen mid-workout.
Android UI Improvements: Making the date buttons easier to press, adding more padding at the bottom of the screen below the buttons, and reducing crashing.
Fixed Music Stoppage During Exercise Previews: Users who are listening to music from another app will no longer experience music stoppage when previewing exercise technique videos and instructions.
Stay strong heading into the fall season. Continue training with Peak Strength now!
