April App Update: Full Body Fitness, Peak Strength Teams Beta, and Success Stories

April is a big month for the athletes of Peak Strength, and now, entire teams!

We are adding in a new training plan for our athletic fitness community, opening up the pilot program for the coaching dashboard, and highlighting another athlete that made noticeable progress in just one training cycle!

Athletic Fitness Full Body Training Plan

The newly released Full Body Fitness training plan covers all the bases for our athletic fitness community who may only have 2-3 days to train per week.

Especially after high school and college, the demands of jobs, families, and other responsibilities start to add up quickly. However, we believe you can still make progress.

You will receive workouts that combine lower body, upper body, and targeted accessory exercises all in a single workout.

Peak Strength Teams Pilot Program

We’ve kept it a secret long enough. Peak Strength now has a solution specifically for coaches and teams.

The Peak Strength Teams Beta comes with a dashboard and bulk number of accounts for coaches to assign, manage, and track the training of their athletes or clients.

If you are a coach that wants to implement the Garage Strength system into your team’s training, we invite you to apply for the pilot program here: PILOT PROGRAM APPLICATION

Dennis is now back in South Korea after his exchange student program and is looking to earn the starting TE position for the Seoul Defenders for the 2026 season.
